The GCP does not seem to be fit for purpose

A year ago I attended a meeting of the Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) Executive Board to ask how it intended to action the 47 short term interventions identified in the Cambridge Biomedical Campus Transport Needs Review which it commissioned and funded.
